no show & cancellation policy

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment OR adjust the length of our appointment time, we ask that you please notify us no less than 48 hours for appointments over an hour in length, or 24 hours for appointments an hour or less in length, before your scheduled appointment time.  At Siren & Proper, we like to enforce a strict but reasonable policy.  We understand that an occasional missed appointment due to unavoidable events can happen.  However, the final decision of the following strictly enforced policy is up to your Certified Lash Artist. 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT: to charge or retain at least 50% of the scheduled service price when cancelling or rescheduling less than 48 hours prior to your appointment.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT:  to charge or retain 100% of the schedule services on “no-shows”.


prepay policy

When booking a microblading, full set or lash fill appointment you will be ask to prepay for your appointment.  These payments are due one week prior to the scheduled date of your service.  Unfortunately, if your appointment is not paid for in full on the payment due date, your appointment is subject to termination.  Please know if you have prepaid for your appointment and call to reschedule before the 48/24 hour mark, your full balance will transfer to your next appointment.  If you cancel your appointment before the 48/24 hour mark, we can do the following: apply your balance towards any other services here at Siren & Proper, use your balance towards product or happily refund your money back to you.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for services performed.  If for any reason you feel dissatisfied with our services, we strongly encourage open communication with your lash artist.  We appreciate all feedback, negative or positive, from our clients to better serve you.  If you have any questions or concerns beyond the capability of your lash artist, you may call and ask to speak to management. 

We only offer product credit for returned products that have been opened or used.

In the event that you cancel your appointment before the 48/24 hour mark, you may choose from the following: apply your balance towards any other services here at Siren & Proper, use your balance towards product or happily refund your money back to you.


At Siren & Proper we happily welcome transfer clients who have had their extensions applied elsewhere.  However, there is a onetime transfer client fee of $150.  We also require that transfer clients book 90-minute-long fill appointments.  These policies were implemented after many instances of clients booking full sets elsewhere to then come see us for fills.  Since we cannot guarantee the work of other locations, we require the extra time that enables us to ensure you leave with the best possible work.  The health of your natural lashes is our first priority.

If your lash artist discovers you have less than 50% coverage of your eyelash extensions, you will be asked to book a full set for your next appointment.  Fills are meant to be used as maintenance appointments.
