Client Coordinator

Description: Siren & Proper is Grand Rapids' first boutique lash lounge and brow bar with two locations in the greater Grand Rapids area. Our team is fun, supportive, a bit quirky while professional at the same time. We are looking for 2-3 candidates to join us as a client coordinator who will act as the first point of contact for customers who visit our salon or contact us to learn about our services. You will be trained on our services, front desk duties, and the products we sell. Responsibilities include greeting customers upon their arrival, offering refreshments (when applicable), answering clients’ questions about services via phone, email or in person, processing transactions, helping clients shop retail, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean salon space. We are looking for upbeat and/or outgoing individuals who can multitask, answer repetitive questions with patience and grace, have a willingness to connect with people and make others smile even during peak demand. Ultimately, you will be responsible for setting the mood of the salon when clients walk in and for helping our reputation by building friendly, trusting relationships with customers.

Salon experience isn't required but light knowledge of the industry is preferred.
