GRACE ILENE’S STORY:
“I’ve always been a very girly-girl and have had a true passion for all things beauty related. I could go on and on about the many different reasons why I chose this industry, but what it really comes down to are those small moments that stay with you. I think back to years ago, getting a lift & tint or my brows done, and walking out of the salon feeling lighter, more put together, and simply so good about myself. And it wasn’t just the service itself, but the kindness and care of the person providing it. That’s the main reason I chose this work — I get such joy from giving people a real confidence boost, whether through a thoughtful conversation, a gentle touch, or the service itself. People are often surprised when I tell them I’ve never had a bad day at work; being able to uplift someone and make their day is a rare, powerful feeling, and there’s truly no feeling quite like that.”
FUN FACTS:
“I have a broad range of hobbies and I’m always trying new things. I absolutely love to cook and bake, and I get really into new recipes. I have two labs that I’m a little too obsessed with, and I’m also an avid gardener who loves getting my hands dirty. I enjoy fishing in the summer, and the beach is my happy place. I’m a HUGE Swiftie! Lastly, I’m pretty handy and I’m constantly tackling major renovations on my house—if you’re a client of mine, you’re probably hearing about which room I ripped up on a weekly basis.”
