CANCELLATIOn POLICY

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment OR adjust the length of our appointment time, we ask that you please notify us no less than 48 hours for appointments over an hour in length, or 24 hours for appointments an hour or less in length, before your scheduled appointment time.  At Siren & Proper, we like to enforce a strict but reasonable policy.  We understand that an occasional missed appointment due to unavoidable events can happen.  However, the final decision of the following strictly enforced policy is up to your Certified Lash Artist. 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT: to charge the credit card on file at least 50% of the scheduled service price when cancelling or rescheduling less than 48/24 hours prior to your appointment. 
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT: to charge the credit card on file 100% of the scheduled service price in the instance of a no call, no show.


RESERVATION
POLICY

In order to reserve any appointment at Siren & Proper, we require that a credit card be kept on file. For your assurance and data protection, Siren & Proper uses Boulevard software, which is PCID compliant. Your credit card kept on file will be charged in the instance our cancellation & reschedule policy is not honored. When booking a microblading appointment you will be ask to place a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

Please know that if you have prepaid for your appointment and call to reschedule before the 48/24 hour mark your full balance can be transfer to your next appointment, refunded to you or used towards other services here at Siren & Proper.


Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for services performed.  If for any reason you feel dissatisfied with our services, we strongly encourage open communication with your lash/brow artist.  We appreciate all feedback, negative or positive, from our clients to better serve you.  If you have any questions or concerns beyond the capability of your lash artist, you may call and ask to speak to management. 

Product credit will be offered for products that are returned within 30 days of purchase date.

In the event that you cancel your appointment before the 48/24 hour mark, you may choose from the following: apply your balance towards any other services here at Siren & Proper, use your balance towards product or happily refund your money back to you.

REFUND & RETURNs


TRANSFER clients

At Siren & Proper we happily welcome transfer clients who have had their eyelash extensions applied elsewhere. We require that transfer clients book their first time appointment for a 90-minute-long fill. Since we cannot guarantee the work of other locations, we require the extra time that enables us to ensure you leave with anywhere from satisfactory to excellent results depending on what you started with. The health of your natural lashes is our first priority. Prepayment will be required at the time of booking for this appointment and our cancellation policy still applies. Pricing is determined based off of which lash artist you book your appointment with. Please call for more information or to schedule.


MAINTENANCE
POLICY

If your lash artist discovers you have less than 50% coverage of your eyelash extensions, you will be asked to book a full set for your next appointment. Fills are meant to be used as maintenance appointments.

If your last recurring fill with Siren & Proper was within 365 days, we allow you to book what is called a “Returning Client Full Set”, where the price of the full set is discounted to match the price of that artists’ 60 minute fill multiplied by the number of hours we book the Returning Client Full Set for (2.5 or 3 hours depending on the artist).
*Please note that recurring fill means you will have had to been getting recurring 2-3 week fills by us for some time to qualify for this appointment.
